Good for quick videos and photos. I had to return this one because you cannot record while on AC power. If plugged in to AC you can only enter playback mode. Other than that it was a good camcorder and took good pictures. Easy to use and good price.

I bought this camcorder to record some small events. The picture quality is ok and sound will depend of your background. I had to be very close in order to get good voice recording. Not great when wind is blowing hard, Not much to add, it is really basic, has good zoom, it is user friendly, I would recommend to a friend with this disclaim; if his/her purpose is to record their kids playing or if they are not looking for great quality as upgrades are limited (additional microphones wasn’t a good option, neither noise concealer) it’s a cheap choice for everyday activities. Not good for major events or large areas regardless if outdoor or indoor. Definitely not good for fast action activities.

Bought this for our 10 year old to make YouTube videos. He loves it. Easy to use, nice and light, plus takes good video.

I wanted to get something that was just for video recording and without breaking budget. This small camcorder does the job. Portable and easy to use. The quality of videos are pretty darn good. For the price it is very worth getting if you are just looking for something to record family moments or outdoors. Definitely recommend to anyone looking into a budget camcorder.

I bought this camera to record my sons graduation and it was perfect. I could hear the person on the stage calling out the names and zoom in for closeups. It focuses automatically. It was very easy to take pictures with as well. I was on opposite side of gym from the stage. I was confused on how to charge it till I read directions and found the charging cable is in the carrying handle. For the price the easy use and handling was definitely worth it!

I purchased this camera for my nine year old. She wants to be a you tuber and I did not want to crush her dreams. She loves this camera and has recorded A LOT of content. It was very easy to setup. I wish I had known about the wireless version because that would have come in handy. Overall, its light and easy to handle with great video playback. I suggest purchasing a tripod as well. I wish I had a remote so she can stop the camera after recording.

I haven't bought a digital camera in some times since, like most people, I can rely on the camera on my smartphone. I decided to invest in this Sony to shoot longer videos. It's been a good purchase. It's easy to use. Takes clear videos and photos. Unless you want to invest in something high-end, this is a good, bargain-priced option.

For the price point, this camera is great. I've got a couple of young kids and they love filming stuff. This is perfect for them. USB charging cable is built in and tucks into the strap, it's lightweight, and I assume durable since an 8 and 10 year old haven't managed to break it yet! Video and photo quality are good, not great, but again for the price, you can't beat it!

I have had a few camcorders through the years and this one counts as one of my favorites. Easy to use and very lightweight. I would recommend getting a camera bag because the camcorder is very light in your hands. It is almost as light as a cellphone. I ordered the camera online and picked it up at the store. Very easy transaction and the lady who helped me was very polite and professional. Great price also.
