….very light, really portable, loaded with the basic features I needed to make movies,,,simple & easy to use,,just set it on auto & shoot away…really love it!!

I was looking for a simple, easy to use camera with hdmi out for a multi camera video shoot. It filled the need. Simple menu and quick set up. Only thing that was confusing was where the charge cable was. It is attached to the camera and is stuffed in the grip.

Really good video quality, gave it 4 stars because it takes pictures but quality for photos aren't great but I bought it to record my daughter's birth. It was great!

I purchased the camera originally to tape interviews with customers and to record the properties I was purchasing. I ended up using it to video and exciting event in Hawaii and to be able to show to friends and relatives the places we visited.

Is a very practical handycam, with great resolution and a accesible price! I bought it as a gift for my 15 years daughter and she loves it!

This camera was very ease to use and was just he right size for me to be able to easily handle and to turn off and on for documenting procedures.

So far so good. Used it for kids concerts and sport events. You need a tripod if you are shooting from long distance. Good battery .. changed it once and used it multiple times without a recharge.

There are many reasons to buy this Sony camcorder over the competition, but one thing really stands out. XAVC-S. The regular codec the competitors use is probably about 22 megabits. XAVC-S is 50 and normally used in broadcast television! That's a big difference and a gracious addition to this outstanding camcorder. That is the reason I will only buy Sony.

It takes the best picture for going on vacations. The only problem I have with it is that it is bulky to be carrying around. My phone takea good-enoigh pictures, but not as good. For everything, there are strong and weak points. That's how I aaw it after owning one.

Sony does it again with it's entry level camcorders. It has what you need and with a decent zoom. Nothing too much here for the price you pay but it's decent for shooting family trips and memories.

It is a nice little inexpensive camera. So far, it has worked well for everyday activities. It feels a bit cheap/light/plastic, but until it is dropped, its durability is in question.

A bit cheaply built and not too heavy but the recording quality is definitely great. When the settings are maxed out and when you learn about the way formats work it definitely turns out to be a great camcorder. Great for YouTube.

Easy to Use, Light weight, Good results indoors and out doors, Good battery life and with 64 gig memory you get about 45 min. of use. Great for the person who wants to take family video. Not good for the semi pro.

For the price and quality it was a good deal. I bought a open box and it was just like brand new. Nothing too fancy but gets the job done.

We bought this lssy year for my 10yo daughter as she was wanting to create her own stop motion films. The camera was very easy for her to use and she absolutely loves it! Nearly a year later and shes a pro and no complaints from this mama!

My son & his friends take it out on his trampoline and video themselves doing misc tricks, etc. My son says that he likes everything about the camera. It takes very nice videos and he can transfer them to his laptop for everyone to watch.

Great quality and value for the money. The only thing that would make it better is night vision. But for the price, can’t complain. Good buy.

The camera has no ability to attach a sun screen filter. The night shooting ability is limited. It is easy to operate and gives good quality videos for the price.

I loved the zoom and stability of the camera. I tried other models in store and found that in full zoom, the Sony had the best stability even when I shook my hand a bit.
