We are starting a family soon and wanted to make home videos instead of always taking videos on our phones and never having all the videos in the same place and easy to play back on a tv in the future. She opened the box, inserted the memory card and got it up and running right away. No problems whatsoever - and she has never had or operated a camcorder before. She loves it - makes all kinds of videos with it. And the price was right!

Price was right and I like the zoom and the SD card rather than the old ways. Easy to edit and erase. I did order a few extra batteries.

It's nice to have a dedicated camera to capture things in a way that phones can't, and to have when you don't want to use something like a DSLR. Well priced and easy to use.

The attached USB cord is a nice idea, but doesn't seem like it will hold up for that long. It's short and a seems a bit cheap. Overall I'm happy with the camera for the price I paid.
