Not for PI’s, but good for regular video

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.There’s no power button, it doesn’t tell you what time video was obtained, it takes a micro SD card which means you’ll have to buy an adapter unless you already use a camera that requires an adapter then you won’t have to worry about it. It doesn’t show time stamps for your video. If you’re a PI, this is not for you. It does take nice video though! It’s extremely lightweight. I REALLY want to return for another Canon, but it’s open box & I don’t think you can return or exchange open box. Oh well, my loss.

It is replacing a 10 year old Cannon I had. I wish the shutter was automatic instead of having to manually open and close it. I have yet to burn a dvd, but I hope it will be easy to use and user friendly. over all a pretty good product, but I'm not sure if it will last 10 years like my old Cannon did.
