    I buy all Sony electronics for a reason. I have never had a bad experience with one in the past 20 years I’ve used them and if I replace one it’s because I’m upgrading. This is not high end but it will do for my daughters first camcorder

    So it’s kinda grainy. You need a lot of light. It’s nothing like my a7. But hey it’s ~$200. It’s great. I use it all the time for fun little videos and time lapses. It works great. Reliable. I don’t often run it on battery so I can’t really speak on battery life. I just know that it’s always been enough for me.

    This Video camera does a great job. The only problem was that we started out whit a 64G mini SD card. It worked great for a couple weeks then we started having trouble with it not wanting to record to the card. We purchased a 32G and have not had that problem. So the 64G card must have been too big for it.
