This camcorder is easy to use right out of the box and to down load video. I purchased this to record my son's soccer games. The battery will last an entire soccer game. The quality of the image is good for the price you are paying.

I love to document everything in my family's life this is my 3rd Sony camcorder. My previous being the DCR-SX85. This camera is just as easy to use and the best feature is the transferring of the video...very easy with wifi enablement. Love it!!!

Very good camera. Happy with this purchase, except for the fact that the battery life is so short.

Great price. Has ability to record movies and also take still pictures. Wireless transfer to the computer and is capable of live streaming.

We used this little camera on a vacation to New Orleans and it worked great, even out on the swamp tour. We also used it at my son's flag football game this last weekend and watching his game on the projector with him and his coach really helped us go over the game together.

We bought this as a family vlogging camera and wouldn't you know it has gone everywhere with us. Lightweight design makes it so even the kiddo can hold it up and talk to the camera. The wife carries it in her purse so it is easily available any time. We are loving this camera.

Wow wow wow this is one heck of a camcorder takes great video and then you can project them onto the wall the only downside in the room must be a little dark because there's not too many lumens so the picture is not that bright

This is my first purchase of a video camera and I have not been disappointed. Great picture, zoom, and stabilization. I wish there was a viewfinder without opening the LCD display but it does fine without.

I am glad deciding to buy this camcorder and choosing The wifi feature, whoever design the remote android app deserves gazillion kudos...!!! So handy, easy to operate and for the price I just couldn't expect less from Sony. Let's face it, even though this is for home recording the image resolution and it's user friendly interface features makes it an ideal buy. As with all electronics it is fragile, so be careful how you handle it. My last Sony camcorder is a 8 mm cartridge type but still works perfectly. It is a MUST to install the Sony Play Memories software which makes it easier to transfer and organize your media files. I am very satisfied with its quality.

Purchased the camera to record technical presentations to upload to YouTube. Excellent quality video even in low light. Audio pick up from microphone is good. Drawback is no Jack for external microphone.

I purchased the camera to use on a cruise with my family. Didn't have a lot of time to review all features/uses before using the camera on our cruise. Camera seemed very easy to use and the projection feature was very unique and useful. I did experience a loss of all the photos/videos I took for the first three days. I opened the camera to review the pictures I had taken last and the display read "No photos or videos". Disappointed about the loss but I continued to use the camera during the rest of our cruise. I contacted Sony when I returned from the cruise but they didn't have much to say about the loss of my photos/videos nor did they offer to do anything about the loss.

I really haven't used a vdeocam for years -bought it to film construction of new home -all phases -was pretty easy to use and good value for money.

It is a solid little camcorder. The picture is okay, not top notch. It is good for the money. I bought it on sale.

This camcorder has all the special options you could want in a very compact unit. It's very light and user friendly. The built in projector is great and makes viewing easier!

This camcorder is not too bad. i like that it has internal memory as well. The instructions need updating as they tell you that the max memory it will take is 64GB. However, I installed a 128GB memory card and it works! So buyers let it be known that this camcorder can support the 128GB memory card.

I needed a simple camcorder that was cheap and easy to use. Also it was nice that Sony is using the same battery as there action cams, I have lots of them . Video quality is great. Projected is a fun gimmik.
