What I am impressed with is the quality of sound it pics up from every where, during my son's Lacrosse game, while I was recording, there was confrontation with the player and the Ref. When I was reviewing it, it turned out that the Ref was clearly in the wrong, as what he heard did not come from the player rather a parent from the stands. Wow - I was impressed. :)

Versatile video camera for many uses

It's great for sports videos as well as tourist trips and can take photos in relatively low light. The projection feature on the outside of the viewfinder is a very nifty way to review your videos without needing a projector.
I would recommend this to a friend Panasonic I don't have to say anymore excellent.

It allows me to either preview or show videos to my staff to help improve our projects, without hooking up to a screen or another device.
