Awesome Soundbar

I thought I was actually inside of a movie theatre where I would have to pay to be there ! I would recommend this sound bar to any one who really wants to feel surround sound like it was meant to be. I found that I didn’t even necessarily need a subwoofer though adding a subwoofer of course will add to the sound experience.

It works, it does what it's supposed to do, but it doesn't "Wow" me. I'm not sure it was worth the price, but it wasn't awful enough for me to take it back.

Although for the price this should have come with at least the sub or surrounds or both

Had to get use to it with YouTube TV. It does sound low but once I configured some things it sounds great.

Remote in 2022 version is not user friendly.. Volume goes down when switched from TV to soundbar! Overpriced when compared to others

I had no issues with it until one day it stopped working. I couldn’t get it to do anything but flash hello. I tried everything Sony customer service recommended with no change. Now it won’t even turn on. I took it to an electronics specialist who said that there is nothing they can do to fix it and diagnostics cot $85! I have even called and emailed Sony and because it’s outside of the year warranty there is nothing they can do. This soundbar is trash. Don’t waste your money. You’ll be just as disappointed!

However, be cautioned, Optical (or Toslink) does not enable any of the advanced features. HDMI eARC or ARC is required to really set this bar to its full potential.
