Thank you for your time writing this review. We're sorry to hear that you returned your HTA7000 soundbar due to rattling sound issues. This is definitely not the experience we want you to have with our product. Various reasons can cause noise interference to the sound from the speaker. It's unfortunate that we weren't able to isolate and troubleshoot the issue. When the input source does not contain much of bass sound, as is the case with most TV programs, the bass sound may not be audible. To ensure that you are getting the most out of your HT-A7000, make sure to toggle on the "Immersive AE" remote button to upscale the entire audio systems' performance. Additionally, make sure to run Sound Field Optimization so that the soundbar can calibrate its performance to your environment, and that it sounds like it was engineered to be in your room.
