I bought this soundbar to help with the terrible sound of the Sony KD-65X75K TV. Well, it doesn't help. Not sure if it is the TV or the Soundbar, that's for Sony to figure out. So, here's the problems. 1) It sounds FLAT. YES, I adjusted all available sound settings. 2) It does not always connect. 3) If it does connect, it does not communicate with the TV, to turn the TVs sound OFF. You have both on, and it's like being in a cave. 4) It does not sync with the TV lips. 1-4 was on Bluetooth. 5) Using the HDMI cable, does not always turn the bar OFF. Calling tech support (what a laugh) there answer is "run the update and call us back" Sony should be ashamed of this product as well as the KD-65X75K TV.

Very unimpressed with this over priced soundbar

I was completely wrong. The price is way to high for what you get. Only one sound field where the 10 year old unit had 8. No bass or treble controls on this unit. You need to turn the sound bar up to 50-60 to get real volume out of it. The remote is joke. The display is super small and can hardly be seen.
