Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had to turn the volume up to 50 to even be able to hear sound anything lower i couldn’t hear nothing. I returned this piece of junk back and got the JBL 300 soundbar and night and day difference there is bass and boom and sound even on volume 15.

Kindly suggesting to try this: Touch (Power) and – (Volume) on the bar speaker simultaneously for more than 5 seconds. The settings return to their initial status. You can complete the Sound Field Optimization using the Sony | BRAVIA Connect app. Select Settings → Sound Settings → Speaker position and volume level settings and perform the necessary adjustments. You can play with all settings under the app to get the volume adjustment as you desire. Hope this is helpful. Thanks for choosing Sony. -Milton.
