Wanted to love it but ultimately returned

This thing is easy to setup but difficult to get sounding good. Enabling eARC on the Sony TV for some reason disables dolby, then dolby sounds great through the apple tv for two channel content but anything surround sounds echo-ey. Enabling dolby atmos on ps5 sounds terrible. I wanted to love this bar but it requires to much fussing and switching of settings

Way overpriced for a mediocre sound

Sony probably reduced bass and features so that it can sell subwoofers to go with this product. Samsung Symphony soundbars make way better sounds (voice and base) at a much lower price point. I bought a Samsung Q60C for $250 and am returning this soundbar tomorrow.

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The s2000 is a phenomenal soundbar from Sony for the price, the upgrade path for it is nice too since Sony makes compatible speakers and subwoofers for a truly cinematic experience. As much as I loved it I did end up returning it because I would rather wait and get a full system with more speakers in the future
