When it is working, the soundbar does provide great surround sound features.

The sound output is much better than the standard TV speakers and I have no regrets purchasing this.

Using both in our bedroom. Image is great and the sound bar gives us extra depth of sound for movies, etc. Good decision.

Returned - sound cuts out every 10 minutes

The sound would cut out for 1 second, every 10 minutes or so, while streaming movies. I researched online as best I could, tried to find a solution, changed every setting on the TV that I could, but nothing made a difference. I even swapped out the supplied HDMI cable with a very high-quality one. And yes I made sure it was plugged into the correct HDMI port on the back of the TV. My friend brought their Bose sound bar over to test with my TV, and there were no problems, so this sound bar was clearly the culprit. Judging by what’s said on Reddit, this seems to be a known issue with this particular sound bar. Too bad. Sound quality was good enough, about what I expected.
