Not working as promised

This happens at least once per week over the past two years! And yes I have updated the software. Low volumes are not properly balanced between dialog and backgrounds. The follow dialog you need to have it pretty high. It shines when you "rattle the windows" - .... not doing this watching the news or Survivor!

We sincerely regret to hear our Z9F did not meet your expectations. Can you let us know what model of TV you have the soundbar connected to?
To make dialogs clearer, you can press the voice button on the remote control up to 2 levels of enhancement. If you need the dialog to be stronger, you can adjust the gain level of the soundbar via the onscreen menu. You can access it by pressing Home on the remote and going to Setup. The gain feature will be under the Speaker Settings submenu.

I began having problems with my first one about 2 months after purchase. Sometimes it just wouldn’t work. Power would be on, but no matter how I connected devices to it no sound would come out. I stubbornly tried to put up with the issues for about 10 months until it finally completely quit working. Got a replacement under warranty, and now 5 months later it has died as well. It’s great when it’s working.
