Garbage sound bar

Both did not work. The tv plays the sound fine when by itself. Spend your money on something else.

Would not recommend to anyone

The subwoofer audio kept cutting in and out. Tried reconnecting and didn’t help constantly kept doing it. Returned it for an LG. Would not recommend this to anyone!!!

Sound from TV skips

The audio skips intermittently, every 10-15 minutes. Very disappointed in this purchase. This issue does not happen when you use the TV speakers so it is undoubtedly a speaker issue.

We're so sorry to hear our HTZ9F did not meet your expectations. Some of this issue happened if the soundbar is not setup correctly. The HT-Z9F features customizable speaker settings where you can set the speaker distance from 0 ft to 33 ft for much richer sound quality. You can raise the level of the soundbar and subwoofer an additional 6 dB in the user interface menu. This will allow you to fully experience the rumbling lows during explosions of a movie and the string instruments' clarity during an orchestral performance. To round out your listening experience, we recommend adding the SAZ9R wireless rear speakers.

Extremely Difficult to Get Sound Bar to Sync Sound

Many calls and online searches shows similar difficulties with other purchasers. Must eventually return product if unable to make sound sync.

Does Not Turn On

No indicator lights or anything. Really annoying for the cost of this unit. I have tried trouble shooting and still randomly the unit refuses to turn on.

Not worth the price

Awesome Clarity and Bass, Easy Setup
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I mounted this on the wall using the included mounting brackets, and set it up with an optial audio cable with my Samsung 4k TV and streamed some content (Movies, TV) and wow, sounded outstanding. Very crisp, clear, loud, and the bass (which has its own volume control) was excellent. As a warning, while it supports bluetooth, it appears full surround mode (at least with my TV) did not work with bluetooth. I would recommend getting the rear wireless speakers that were designed for this model to complete the experience - they are a cinch to set up.

Wanted to like it
