After about a week it started cutting out at all speakers. Then after doing some research I turned the RF option off and I haven’t had a issue since. The RF option is on by default so if you buy this make sure and turn the RF off and you’ll be happy you bought this!

The only reason I deducted one star is because the treble on it is low and even after adjusting the setting, it is hard to hear people speaking. Overall still a good product

For making Dialogs Clearer, press VOICE. The voice mode appears on the TV screen. Press the button repeatedly to select the voice mode. Easy option for terrific sound

It has fewer speakers than the high end Samsung soundbar and yet sounds better. It has two settings for boosting dialogue. It has a night setting to keep the bass from rumbling the walls. And it produces Dolby Atmos sound so you get that immersive sound without the wires and hassle of rear or ceiling speakers. I highly recommend this soundbar.

Long story short the gentleman at the geek squad desk who helped us was very helpful and polite. He exchanged the unit for us and made our day.
