The subwoofer really adds nice bass for any shows you’re watching. This soundbar can make it feel as if you are at the movie theater.

Awesome Sound System

I also added the rear speaker, making it a 5.1 system. The sound is theater like in quality. Would highly recommend this system when purchasing Sony TV's

Loses bluetooth connection

I have done everything I can to minimize any interference with the bluetooth. I really wish Sony would release software to fix this common and known issue.

Allow us to help and isolate the problem. May we know the current software version of the soundbar? For the meantime, please try to move the subwoofer to a location near the main unit. If there is an obstacle between the main unit and the subwoofer, move or remove it. Sony Sound Bar !!!!

The Bose I had that broke the highs where clearer and the base was deeper with a smaller unit, and the Sony has a bigger sub Woofer but u hardly hear any bass. So I’m a little disappointed with the Sony unit especially for the amount of money I paid for it.

We'd like to help make this a better experience. Adjusting the sound quality may help so you can enjoy immersive surroundexperience on the unit. The Z9F soundbar also have pre-programmed sound effects that are tailored fit to different kinds of sound sources. You may check the setting on the manual on pages 49-51:
