The neighbors are as unhappy with it as I am happy. with it. It makes sure you hear everything. You wont be disappointed.

This system is not worth the $700+ price tag. You are better off buying some cheap Chinese knock off sound system. Subwoofer and sound bar continuously cuts out and you can’t enjoy your movies or shows. The audio sounds great when it works but it’s gotten worse over time. If you purchased this I recommend returning it ASAP before you run into issues. Mine starting sporadically acting up 1 month after purchasing and I have now gone past my return deadline with a spendy sound system that is pretty much paper weight at this point. Very upset, will be contacting Best Buy to see what can be done at this point.

Thank you for purchasing the HTZ9F Soundbar. We regret to hear that we're not able to meet your expectation. We'd like to help troubleshoot and isolate the issue. Please follow the steps below if the sound skips or cuts out:
- If there is a device nearby that generates electromagnetic waves, such as a wireless LAN or a microwave oven in use, locate the system apart from it.
- If there is an obstacle between the main unit and the subwoofer, move or remove it.
- Locate the main unit and the subwoofer as close as possible.
- Change the [RF Channel] setting
- Switch the network connection of the TV or Blu-ray Disc player from wireless to wired.

Sound bar is "flat", no fidelity, no sterio effect just volumne. Also, conversation drops, lips move with and no words are heard. These issues are only with this TV and sound bar in house. Two other TVS work great. So sorry I purchased the sound bar.
