However, this one falls really flat. There is very little customization of sound to tailor it to your preference and the "Dolby Atmos" software does little to anything at all. 3 forward facing channels with the function to add "upfiring sounds" with one sound option seems to do very little if anything at all when watching Netflix or normal streaming. This soundbar came recommended by almost every Best Buy sales person and sounded great in store, but really falls flat when you watch normal stuff that's non-4k blu-ray. I can't speak on the 4k blu-ray since i don't own any. For the price, there are way better options out there especially if you're able to find the other soundbars on sale (e.g. LG-SN8YG).

Please make sure that the software is updated as it helps improve the overall performance of the soundbar. You can enjoy object audio content, such as Dolby Atmos content that cannot be transmitted with ARC by connecting the system and TV compatible with eARC using an HDMI

Great sound but it cuts out randomly.

The sound just cuts out for about a second at random times. Sometimes it will happen 30 seconds apart. Sometimes it may go 10 minutes before cutting out. I looked online and others seem to have the same problem. Google it and see what you find.
