I was very Pleasantly surprised at the sound quality from this System. I was hesitant at first to spend this kind of money on a sound bar especially with the failures of 3 different purchases of other brands and quality in the past. Watching movies as well as streaming any show now is an experience. Top Volume levels and clarity are definitely high enough for anyone in the house to come running in and ask to have it turned down. Play around with the different settings with the Subwoofer and preset levels for Movies, Sports etc to find what you like. Also it is great to just pair up as a Bluetooth player from time to time with your phone to play some music while you are doing things around the house. Very happy and also like that it does have the ability to add other rear speakers to pair up in the future if needed.

I'm not an audio pro, but these certainly sound great. I just wish they came with the rear speakers as well for how expensive they are. An additional $300 for them is insane.

Much easier to use than my previous Samsung sound bar. It responds quickly and I can use the same TV remote to turn the volume up and down. I can hear more of the actors speaking than just background noise and music. The Subwoofer really adds to the experience for sure.

I had been in the market for about a year now for a good atmos sound bar and finally found one. I had listened to sony’s 7.1 top of the line bar as well as lg and samsung’s but was never impressed enough to fork out $1300 plus for one. Then came this amazing sound bar. I still do not understand how it makes the sound come from all different angles with out having any upward firing speakers but it does and it is amazing. This sound bar has exceeded all expectations and for the price is unbeatable. Not to mention you can add rear speakers wirelessly as well forninexpensive if you would like. Highly recomend this sound bar.

The sound bar looks nice, but is long and may not fit well under smaller TVs. It gives off and plenty of Bass which is great during action movies. If you're used to hearing full quality music, listening to music through the sound bar will give you the sense that something is missing. The control buttons on my sound bar are fairly faint and difficult to see sometimes. Just know the buttons do not have tactile response and do not press down. They are very touch sensitive. So sensitive that even accidentally brushing over the top (or dusting) will activate a button. Still considering the optional wireless speakers, so don't know what it sounds like with all the speakers blazing.

This sound bar and sub are amazing. Super easy to set up and get amazing sound. The sub rattles the walls but the sound stays crisp. I would recommend this system to anyone that's looking for theater quality sound at home.

Purchased the Sony soundbar with subwoofer when we purchased a new Sony TV. The Sony products work together so it is easy for the viewer. The sound is clearer and much easier to hear/understand the dialogue without having to increase volume. Great addition to the new TV

Top of the line pricing, however expected a little bit louder for $900 price tag. I just copped the $300 rear speaker add on. Hopefully it’ll be all the way yammin when they’re hooked in too.

My original plan was to have surround sound but my contractor assured me that I could get wireless speakers and did not need to have speaker wire run behind the wall. NOT! Instead of speaker wire I would have needed electricity. So this seemed to be the next best thing. I don't think it is as good as surround sound, but it seems ok. sometimes the audio does not seem to match up with the video but I'm not sure if this is the fault of the sound bar. I used the template with the sound bar, and would have liked to have it closer to the tv - it is about 4.5 inches away. It was more expensive than most of the other bars, and I don't know if it was worth the extra money.

Sound is good, but doesn’t replace 5.1 receiver/surround speakers. Felt price point was high. Fits really well with my new Sony tv, compact yet powerful.

As a high end audio guy that had Wilson Audio Sasha DAW, Spectral Amps and Esoteric sources, I am picky about quality. Play content with Dolby Atmos and be amazed at what this SB can do. BTW I added the rear speakers.

This sound bar is great! The sound is clear dynamic burst of sound when watching action movies,, musicals and sports. Very crisp and clear with a base background sounds better that the movie theater.

Love the sound The base is great Sound is dramatic when playing with Blu-ray DVDs with 4K capabilities also easy to install fits well On low stand table the black color blends in well with the surroundings of the TV and the cabinet love it

Bought a opened box unit. It was in perfect condition and setup was easy. Sound is great and pairs with my Sony tv

The sound is exceptional and especially for a 3.1. Setup is a breeze, though I will admit I hate the angle of the hdmi arc input on the back but then again. I guess I can deal with that 1 time. I swear the sound changes with front grill on or off. It reacts nicely to the source. Much less bass when watching TV, but can get very big and theatrical on movies. My only knock is that the woofer will drop out for a second or 2 when playing music even with the music input on. It goes with the recording buts its disarming to lose it entirely. But soundbars are for media and overall the sound was really good with music so doesn't effect the 5 score. Sounds way better than you would think it would and gets close to surround sound without all the fuss.

I got this sound bar in 2020 and have had it for a year and a half. The sound it presents is very good and I highly recommend this sound bar to anyone. It was also very easy to set up.

I was able to grab this as open box item. All parts and manuals were included. Install and connection was very simple and the Bluetooth capability is great. This speaker sounds great and even better when streaming music from my phone.

Sound bar, 2 rear speakers and a subwoofer have NEVER sounded so good and been so easy to use. Sound bar attached to the TV mounted on the wall, and the 2 rear speakers are on stands out of the way and immobile. So convenient and the sounds is so goooood!

The sound on this is really good, I have it connected to a 65" Sony TV. I had some issues with setting it up and also some issues where the there is just no sound at all. To resolve this i have to unplug it and then plug it back in. Just turning on and off does not resolve it. Also there seems to be a issue with using a Sony TV remote to adjust the volume, where the volume that shows on the TV does not match what is coming out of the sound bar.

We paired this soundbar with a Sony x90J Bravia TV and we are very happy with this purchase. Reasons we like this soundbar: - Very simple setup process. - Clear dialog that can adjusted even more by pressing a single button on the remote - Excellent sound for any input including a record player (with built in pre-amp) that sounds great - Price performance - Built quality - Works great with Sony TV -Even better with the optional rear speakers (Tip if you loose connection to the wireless speakers: Change the Bluetooth setting for wireless connection from "quality" to "connection" to make the connection more stable)
