The sound bar is fine but the sub has a tendency to crackle and have long pauses of no sound or audio. Disappointing for the amount of money we spent.

So went w/the cheaper model. It was decent, but didnt blow me away for the $400 it cost. So I'm returning it for a great sounding Samsung soundbar, that sounds just as good if not better for only $300.
