You would have to buy the separate rear speakers to get more out of Atmos.

You can enjoy object audio content, such as Dolby Atmos - Dolby TrueHD and DTS:X or multi-channel LPCM content that cannot be transmitted with ARC by connecting this soundbar and TV compatible with eARC using a high speed HDMI cable. Also, the content, source or playback device must support Dolby Atmos format. Adding the optional speakers is also great! I picked up an excellent condition open box from bestbuy. I have yet to pair it with anything, but I plan on getting the subwoofer for wireless connection. At the moment. I am happy with the purchase

I noticed that there was a break in period. After a week it sounded better, otherwise it's sounded good right out of the box. It paired with the Apple TV remote eliminating the need for multiple remotes.

Good quality sound but not powerful enough.

The sound bar by itself, and if you are going to use it in a small room is ok . I ended up returning it.
