I’m constantly trying to find a clear level of sound. Also bought a subwoofer to go with still meh. It also will not hook up with my older wireless speaker. I’d take it back and get a Polk or something else but the store is not close and it would be a beating. Support from Sony is no user friendly either.

Enable Surround Effect: Activate the “360 Spatial Sound Mapping” for better surround sound. Press the SOUND FIELD button on your remote and select “Effect On.”

Sound Field Optimization:** Run “Sound Field Optimization” to improve sound quality based on your room. Television sounds better than sound bar

When connecting the sound bar the system shuts down the sound on the television itself. It will not allow you to project sound from the sound bar and television simultaneously. Needless to say the television has a better sound quality than this model sound bar. Returned the sound bar and enjoying the television.
