I was sceptical at first, but these are so much more comfortable then headphones and they are much quieter then speakers if you don’t like headphones but can’t be to loud with speakers these are perfect. The range is a little lower then other Bluetooth headphones I have, they start cutting out if I leave the room and close the door.

I was on the fence about buying these. I have more headphones and wireless speakers than I can count. After using these for a while I really like them. If watching content in the same room with others (like TV is on, but I'm on my iPad) the directed sound is less obtrusive to others, but way better sounding than a tablet or phone. And I don't feel closed off from others like I do if wearing headphones or earbuds. I bluetoothed to my TV in the garage and the sound follows me, and I can still hear when my heater turns on. They are comfortable enough I forget I'm wearing them sometimes. Typical Sony build quality. I wish the on/off status was clearer, but otherwise highly recommended.

As much sounds as I could hope for from a neck phone speaker. We use this behind the desk in our gallery while watching TV on the monitor so when people walk in it doesn't look like we're wearing headphones, and if it's playing it can't be heard by customers over the gallery music. Extremely comfortable.

This product has become my third most used possession behind my phone & my car. I love this thing. Best way to enjoy immersive sound laying in bed or vegging on the couch without the feeling of earbuds digging in my ear or headphones covering my head. A super underrated product in my opinion & I would recommend this to anyone who enjoys great sound for movies/tv/music. The price is steep, wait til it's on sale as I've seen it marked down several times over the last few months.

Decent audio for podcasts and tv shows, but if you’re expecting magic out of these things, don’t bother. They’re just basic speakers with weak bass. The 3D doesn’t really work that well because the channels always seem slightly out of sync making me feel like I’m in an echo chamber instead of sound bubble.

I love these new TV speakers! I used to use the headphone type TV "ears" to help me hear better but this is so much more comfortable and light around my neck. Another great feature is if I get up and decide to walk away from my TV, I can continue hearing clearly what is going on unlike my old "ears" that just went to static if I faced away from the TV. I can also turn the volume completely off on the TV so no one else in the room has to hear it and still enjoy whatever I am watching. Thank you Sony!

I bought these on a whim. I have my own personal office space that I use for work and gaming. I’ve had desk speakers but the audio just wasn’t quite right. I made the decision to get this “neck set” and it’s so much of a better option. You can have great audio that won’t disturb everyone around you. Even at a more than normal sound volume you can still hear the environment if necessary. I no longer get fussed out by family (wife lol) to turn the audio down I can enjoy surround sound Dolby Atmos quality. It is refreshing. I don’t think I could go back in this kind of format. It is a bit on the pricey side but if you have the funds to get it don’t even question it. Especially if you’re using a newer Sony television. I personally changed from a monitor to a LG C4 OLED for my desk space and the picture quality with this audio is amazing. Plus you can also take calls from it (it will stop audio from input) but once you’re done it will resume.

The Sony Bravia Theatre U is an amazing speaker, that allows you to have a more personalize experience. I've been using this speaker for about 5 weeks and its been an amazing experience for listening to content without disturbing others around me at lower volume without the need of earbuds.

Great product. When connect to your TV, You can watch movies and shows late at night without disturbing others sleeping in the house and without sacrificing your watching experience. Sound is clear, crisp and loud with full effects and a bit of low frequency bass.

I've been a Sony fan for many years. With my new Bravia tv purchase, I couldn't resist this Bravia bluetooth neck piece. Easily pairs with Bravia tv as well as both Samsung phone and tablet. The sound quality is all around you, just remarkable. The range is quite surprising, can easily go from living room to bedroom with no breakups. Charges with c power cord, same as phone and tablet. Great purchase, very pleased.

Get it...it saved my marriage. When my wife complains that the TV is too loud, I turn these on and I feel as if im sitting watching TV at the volume i like without compromising on the surround sound and Boom. Battery life is about a full day and a half. It works great at any distance no problem and i connect it to all my electonic devices, tv, cellphone, laptop, amazon fire stick, etc

Good sound, works as advertised. Great alternative to headphones when you're not feeling like wearing them. Sounds can be heard if you're in the same room, but drops quickly with distance. Bass could be a bit more punchy, but great detail in the sound.

A Best Buy associate let us listen as we were buying a TV and we ended up walking out with this as well. Surprisingly great sound that surrounds you without cutting you off from ambient sound. Barely audible to others even when you have it turned up. You need to experience it — much nicer than wearing ear buds.

I was skeptical about this, but after using it for a few weeks. I’m impressed the sound is crisp and clean gives a true surround sound. The only flaw is the bass it’s minimal.

I have the older version of this neckband, sounds pretty cool and amazing. The ilder model connects via this puck that is connected to optical input of tv ( has to be Sony tv ) or using the Bluetooth. This newer one connects via Bluetooth only. Sounds pretty good as well and maybe better than the older model. Mot that the older one sounds ok, it still sounds very good but it had some echo if you connect it via the puck. The neck band of this newer version is flexible unlike the older version. Both are fantastic in my opinion, others may not like this. To each his / her own. Yes, i do recommend this IF u have a Sony tv, will still work with other tvs but you have to use the Bluetooth funtion.

Great sound and very comfortable. I wanted to find something I could use instead of earbuds when I take out my hearing aids. This speaker allows me to watch tv and listen to music comfortably without blaring the sound and disturbing others. Would suggest.

Cannot be more pleased with this accessory. First of all the sound quality is very good. But what I'm most pleased with is the ability to better understand the spoken word on TV programs(especially sports events where background noise would drown out announcer speech). I wear hearing aids and have constantly used sub titles. Now I'm sure it all depends on an individual's particular hearing issue, but for me it certainly has helped.
