    only bought the soundbar on the recommendation of my husband. Sound is good, However, with the tv, it adjusts the sound with the increased level of commercials. Unable to do this with the soundbar, So, constantly adjusting the volume

    Good sound but my tv is older and didn't have the optical spot so i had to get hdmi to get it to work.

    The soundbar works great. You can’t expect the same bass as one with an external sub, but it checks all of the boxes for me, and at an unbeatable price!

    Bought this for my mom after a Sony rep(which I thought was a BestBuy employee until I found out later it wasn’t) in the store pushed it pretty hard. Unplugged it from the eARC cable once to move it and then the tv didn’t recognize it anymore. Tried it on other tvs and still isn’t recognized so unplugging it one time somehow stopped it from working. Bought the extended warranty through bestbuy and had to send it off for repair which is gonna take a month or more. Definitely stay away, Sony has been nothing but a disappointment with their electronics for me.
