Great product I wasn’t given a cable but Best Buy guy helped me at the store to get one

an excellent product, like a new one, and such a place was in the description

The sound is good but the only issue I was facing is, the volume sometimes get very loud for a second without any reason.

Purchased this to compliment a new TV for my daughter. I was hopeful that it would sound much better than the built-in tv sound. It was negligibly better. The Edifier bookshelf speakers make a better 'soundbar' for almost the same price. eARC is a nice benefit.

Decent sound bar, wanted a sound bar that automatically adjusts sound levels to give a balanced experience however i still find myself manually adjusting the sound several times during a movie or show.

Bought 2 of these, one for each room, and we absolutely love them!

This sound bar has lasted for well more than a year now and has no issues. Don’t think I’ll need a new one for a long time.

Decent enough within budget.. eventhough it has som blurriness

I don't use this often. I can't tell the difference in audio quality from my tv speakers unless the volume is really high. And even then, it's poor. I would return if I was still in the return window. I'd save your money and buy something better.

Bought this for my new tv and it has been amazing so far! I love it cause it’s Bluetooth capable so I don’t need to keep it plugged into my tv.

pure junk. had 2 and the Bluetooth has tripped out on both.

This was probably a great idea but it would not work for me. It just never worked so I had to replace it.

The overall sound could be better but for the price it’s not bad

Quality of sound not very good, no bass. It sounds like the television speakers just louder.

Huge disappointment for Sony. BestBuy's own $50 Insignia has better sound quality with very punchy bass; this soundbar has no bass leading to poor sound balance.

Love it! We love Sony and this felt like a steel with getting it on clearance.

It works half the time. Cuts in and out. You have to unplug it and plug it back in to get it to work again.

Don’t really notice a difference in the sound. And all the different modes on the remote all sound the same.

I purchased this product in Minot ND. I live 125 miles away in a small town from this Best Buy store. Arriving home I have not been able to hook it up to my Samsung TV because in small print in the instruction booklet of the Soundbar, it states that a HDMI cable is not included. It should have been included. It is a necessary item to attach the Soundbar to my TV. Its too long of a road trip to drive in winter weather back to Best Buy in Minot.
