I had issues with movies; cant hear what saying, then music is blaring. Got this, keep tv sound off, and this is fantastic for steady sound. Easy set up as plugged into optical, and plugged in to surge protecter. Prob 5 min set up. Excellect sound too as listen to music on tv, ten times better than tv speakers.

Sounds great ! Much better than the old tv speakers were, with better audio especially for voice. Bluetooth works good, nice addition to our living room for little cost!!

Great value! Was perfect for my parents who needed a better option then factory tv speakers.

Great sound bar! Easy to set up and use. It’s much nicer watching TV and hearing the sound with more clarity.

I bought this soundbar for my Sony TV in the living room, now I want one for my bedroom TV, a Samsung. I like the HDMI ARC feature, it allows me to control the soundbar with the TV remote. I wish more soundbars had this feature.

I got my mother-in-law a new Roku TV. She said the sound was not very good. I got this sound bar and now the sound is great. Very easy to set up.

Have enjoyed it as it allows a higher volume on a tv that has limited amount of room for quality sounding speakers.

Hard to review a product when it is missing important accessories necessary for its operation. But happy to take this opportunity to review poor on-line and in-store customer service. Purchased this sound bar open box excellent, meaning it should have been like-new with all accessories. However, it was missing the remote. When I contacted customer service, they instructed me to go to my local Best Buy store to get the missing remote. Sounded like a reasonable and simple resolution. But when I arrived at the store, they would not or could not provide a remote. They said I would have to contact on-line customer service again. Keep in mind that the closest Best Buy is more than an hour round-trip from my house. Significant inconvenience and waste of my time and gas. So I contacted customer service a second time and was told to return the item and that a replacement would be shipped. Not as easy as getting the remote from a local store, but still an acceptable resolution. But after going through the return process and getting a shipping label, I was told that no open-box excellent soundbars of this model number were available. Asked if they would price match the open-box for new or offer a discount off a different model. From that point, customer service digressed into describing all the things they can’t do rather than being helpful. Frustrating experience and waste of time over a relatively inexpensive soundbar that should have been accurately described to begin with. Recommend avoiding Best Buy open-box deals of any kind, even if claiming to be like new with all accessories included. Not worth the hassle or frustration.

Hook up was easy sound is awesome, and looks good.

This was open box in excellent condition except there was no power cord. Chatted online to find out what they could do and the best I got was either return it or for 9.99 I could buy a cord at a Best Buy store. I pay for total protect for 200 dollars a year and this is how they fix mistakes, just pay more money. No thanks, you can have it back. BUYER BEWARE BEST BUY OPEN BOX!

Great price! Quality is sub par but good enough to hear!

Shipped very fast. Unfortunately item was too big and did not work with my TV. Could not figure out how to connect with my tv. Also was a little annoyed I had to buy my own HDMI cord since it did not come with the soundbar. I don't feel I can say if it was good or bad because it did not work.
