I purchased this sound bar to connect to my new Sony Bravia TV. Making the connection to the TV was very easy. I was not looking for a high end sound bar because we don’t use this TV a lot but I wanted something better than the speakers from the TV. So far this bar has not disappointed. I would recommend considering this item if you have a Sony TV and are don’t want to spend a lot on speakers.

Great sound and loudness for the price. Very easy to use. I exchanged for this, my first was very hard to use and sounded terrible. The loudness was no better than the tv itself. Will buy the next level up

This sound from this unit is a lot better, particularly for clearness, than the built-in sound of my TV. Bass could be better (no woofer connection). Has lots of settings for types of audio (music, movies, voice). Works to stream via Bluetooth from your phone to other sources. Works with HDMI or fiber connection. Affordable price to improve usually poor built-in sound from TVs small speakers.

Works pretty well. Low end is a bit underwhelming. Other than that it sounds pretty decent

I went with this soundbar because Sony make really great sounding soundbar and this one had super great sound, It more like a personal room not living room sound bar that doesnt need to be to loud but loud enough to fill a room, with it dual tweeter and dual woofer setup it has great separation however the woofer is slightly underpowered so it very bright sounding but when there need to be having deep vocal it will definitely handle that, the build quality is super great and super sleek with the leather look on the top super easy to set up too since it not a smart soundbar just plug in hdmi earc and you are ready!

Sony soundbar is amazing at the buffer where one is switching channels and I hear no static or snaps, crackles, or pops. Very efficient and I think louder than some of the competition in its price range or even twice as expensive. Sony has always sold me a product that lasted 14-20 years so I should have bought this first. I am now saving for a better version at or near Dolby Atmos or even 9.1 sound output. This would have worked great with a new Bravia but I will just hook up to my old Sony and check sound quality vs. current setup with a Toshiba where it performs very well.

Great sound for a decent price! I love the bluetooth connect ability with zero latency from PC to Speaker!

Had around six months now and going strong. Great for the apartment. Nice and clear sound. Just plugged into TV and it connected. Have ROKU TV and only have to use that remote to control everything.

Entry level bar speaker with quality sound. Bass punch is missing. But excellent build quality and clear sound. Design is awesome by sony.

Not much of a bass buster but if you’re looking for something that can get much louder than your tv this is what you’re looking for . It has hdmi arc so all you need to do is plug and go . Can also play Bluetooth from your phone . I was looking for something not too expensive with good quality and I was not disappointed.

I bought it for my living room tv and what can i say, afterall its a Sony and you feel its built right. The sound is neutral and fills the room, feels much more natural than the speakers on my TV. It has adequate bass bur I would have liked more bass but for the price i shouldnt complain. Love it, for the price its such a good deal and better than other entry level speakers.

Great Soundbar for I recently upgraded my bedroom TV setup with the Sony HTS100F 2.0 Channel Soundbar, and the difference is night and day. If you are tired of thin, tinny built-in TV speakers, this is the 'Excellent' rated solution you’ve been looking for.

It has a lot of watts.. it’s very loud. It doesn’t have much punch aka bass when listening to it. But the audio is clear. This is for myself till I buy Polk 7.2.1 setup on Amazon. It’s good enough for now….

Solid sound bar. I think it's a good value <$50. It's maybe slightly better to on-par with modern higher level TVs, but this is likely still a very big improvment for older or lower spec TVs. I didn't notice much of a difference with a 2025 TV in the living room, but it now has a home under a bedroom TV that's 6-7 years old.

The base is not as so good but the sound is very good.

For thirty dollars open box cant go wrong i had to send the firt order back and bought another excellent condition works great !! Feel like im at the movies !! Soundbar has a one warranty too. Anything goes wrong right to Sony. With prices going up all i want to keep money in my pocket. People call them junk can be someone treasure.
