Though it does have better sound than my TV speakers, it still isn’t good enough to make the purchase, as it is not much better than TV speakers on my Sony Bravia TV. This bar lacks bass frequency, all it offers is just the midrange and high frequencies. If there is supposed to be bass frequency on this bar, it is definitely missing. I just purchased this and now I’m seriously thinking about returning it for a refund. I’m definitely not happy with this purchase, that is for sure. I only give this sound bar 2-3 Stars Max. I do not recommend this sound bar at all. Bah humbug!

Best Home Theater systems

The different preset sound settings match their descriptions and work well. The bass reflex speaker and other speaker placements work well to create a 3-dimensional sound that fills the room. Very happy with this purchase!

The installation was easy and for the most part it's working very well. However, during certain YouTube videos and recently even a streaming movie on Pluto it disconnects. All you have to do is stop playing the video and then immediately go back to playing it and it's fine, but it's extremely annoying. Sony, do better, this is old technology and you have no excuses.
