Excellent Employee

However, I want to complement the young man who waited on me, Isaac B. as he was doing his best to find me a good choice. He was pleasant and very patient. He is a keeper in my book of a good employee !!

DST Feature Needs Work

Well, the DST feature on this one does not work either. According to the directions, it should be automatic but it isn't. You have to set the clock ahead yourself. Other than that, it is okay.

I still own the clock and cannot operate it. I did get assistance on multiple occasions but still cannot operate it What can I do?
