I love that it keeps time even when I lose power. Its alarm starts out quiet and gets louder over 30 seconds so you don’t have to worry about waking other people up. I love that it is dimmable and that the clock is elevated so I can see the time from my bed when it’s on top of the dresser.

Occasionally the switch is not fluid and gets stuck between buzz and radio and the alarm does not sound. Nice progressive buzzer to wake up to.

The sound and reception of the ICF-C1 was better than expected. However, the clock gains time and adds 3+ minutes a week so it had to be reset often. I ended up no longer using it.

Tried everything to get it louder, but wouldn't go any higher. It's not too hard to setup either, but it definitely feels more complicated than it needs to be with the button placements. Otherwise, if you don't need anything particularly loud and just want a simple but not-cheap-feeling radio, it's actually really nifty and nice to listen to the radio on in the morning.

This was the only product at Best Buy that was just a basic radio, It’s sized just right and priced accordingly .

Frustrating Set-up But Once There, It's Great!

Direction for start-up, not so much. Confusing, details not very good. After several frustrating start-up attempts per instruction, "bingo" it worked. Very accurate, and no distortion of letters and numbers. Get the directions for set-up rewritten and you've got a real 5 star winner.

Great Product for My Need

This one was perfect. Very easy to set up and has good sound for such a small device.
