The radio itself works great. Reception is good and the Bluetooth pairing works well. The reason for the one star subtraction is the built in mic for calls isn't good. Everyone says there is way too much background noise and when I talk my voice cuts in and out. You would be better off with a stereo that has an external mic you can place in a better location for calls. This radio has no input to add an external mic.
