Love it, there's some network settings / settings on the ps5 that you can tweak to optimize performance but once I did that it was flawless

The ps portal is amazing it feels great in my hands. The game play is incredibly smooth and vibrant. The picture is gorgeous for a handheld.

This thing is really nice to have, but dont expect to travel with it. Its best use is at home when somebody wants the tv.

On the surface this seems like a great idea. Its nice when it works but has too many problems staying connected. I am no talking about sitting in a different room with walls between devices. I can sit 10 feet from my PS5 and router and I start getting bad lag. I walk right up to my devices to wear I am standing within 1 foot and still getting disconnected. Also switching profiles is far more complicated than it should be. You cant just switch the profile on the PS5 and be off and running. You have to remove a profile from the Portal and log back in to a different portal via the PS app on your phone. Its quite a pain.

Oh mane!! This thing is tourch! Best experience youll have remote playing the ps5. You must have a ps5 and decent to good wifi connection. Other then that, your cruising out!

I know it’s not its own independent system but the Portal is still really cool and fun to use. If you have good internet it works like a charm. Well worth the money!

Works great but the only that sucks is that the PS5 has to be at least in sleep mode.

Great idea that doesnt work right. I have 1gig internet speed, ps5 plugged directly into my router and sitting in the same room using the portal it still glitches because of internet speed connection. Depending on the game this can be an issue as it has been for the show23 with trying to time things. If the 2nd version of this, sony adds an internal hard drive that you can load a handful of games into that would be perfect. Wanted to love this, it just doesn’t work good enough.

This thing is perfect for me in everyday life away from home. I have a gaming addiction and this helps my cravings away from home.
