Well it’s just a stand, should of came with the PS5 Pro

While I do agree that this stand should have been included with the new PlayStation consoles, this is nothing new. The older models like the PS4, PS4 Pro, and even the PS2 featured vertical stands which were add-ons for the consoles. The fact that Sony included one with the original PS5 is nice, but I am not surprised that they did not include one with this new system. Onto the stand itself. It seems well build and can be used on both the newer models as well as the older ones, so that is a plus. The previous stand was nicer due to being rotatable for vertical and horizontal alignment but could feel a bit cheap at times. This stand has a more elegant feel and look to it with very easy installation. Just be sure to use the proper adapter depending on the model of PS5 that you have. Overall it is a good stand and while the console can stand upright without one it is still nice to have. Just wish it were priced a bit better. Would give 3.5 Stars if I could.

Recently I picked up the PS5 Slim disk version, and since I wanted to place it vertically, I thought having a stand would help keep it from tipping. Well after taking the system out of the box, it made me realize that this was not really needed, as the disk version is wide enough to stand on its own with little wiggle. For owners of the diskless version, this is more necessary AND it looks decent attached to the bottom. On the underside of the ring are little foam pads that help prevent sliding of the console and it also works with the original PS5 via an included adapter. Installation was a breeze as is, in my case, removal. If you own the diskless version of the PS5, pick this up to prevent tipping. It works very well and the asthetic goes with the look of the system. The price is rather high but it is worlds better than any cheap alternatives you can get elsewhere

While I think it is a little ridiculous that the new slim PlayStation 5 models do not include a stand - especially considering their price(s) - I do think this is a really good stand. Compatible with the PS5 slim and PS5 Pro. While I do think $30 is too expensive for a stand like this, the build quality, as well as how easy it is to install does help a little in justifying the price. Only a little. I think that this could have easily been $15 or $20, which is part of the reason why I gave it 4 starts out of 5. You're getting a first-party stand, so it is good build quality, and thankfully easy to install.

It’s a high quality stand that swerves its purpose although Sony should stop being cheap and include the stand. We are already paying enough for the council as it is. Do better Sony.

It’s not really needed, it can stand on its own without this. But does the job and keeps the base free of dust. Honestly would have rather just bought a $30 game but hey Sony needs to make their money also right?

I love this PS5 stand. I was a little weary at first, but It has a screw to tighten it down to the bottom of the PS5 which makes it very sturdy. Sharp design and very well built. 10/10 Recommend.

Looks great and Saturday base for vertical placement of PS5

This a must for any PS5 owner. I love to see my PS5 standing up. Installation was super easy, it makes the system looks slicker and sweet. I am very pleased with my purchase.

I recently had the need to place my original 1000 edition PS5 in vertical orientation and though the plastic stand which was originally included with the console did a fine job holding it horizontally I wasn't entirely happy with how it secured the console vertically. Luckily this Vertical Stand had just been released by Sony and since the base ring appeared to be metal I thought I would give it try. The stand has a good weight to it and the base ring feels like metal and not coated plastic. Installation with the included adapter and screw was super simple taking only a few minutes and secured to the original 1000 edition PS5 to my satisfaction. This seems both like an upgrade and better option than the originally included plastic adapter for vertical orientation.

Stand was easy to attach to the PS5. Great to have the console stand up straight and take up less space. Don’t love the price point and that it’s. It just included with the console though.

This is a must buy for upright storage. I wish it was included with the console, but it's not so expensive, and it looks nice. It's much sturdier than the included feet for horizontal storage. The manual was a bit confusing to me, since it preferred model numbers instead of Original/Slim.

It works, not much to it, it’s a stand and does its job. Easy to install and is sturdy definitely gives me more confidence keeping my PS5 in its vertical position. I did get it open box so I save myself some money.

Love the look. Prevents the machine for potentially being toppled over with any horizontal perturbation along the axis parallel to the slimest dimension.

Look on YT for review's of the uses and why you shouldn't stand up your PS5, there is a LED screen inside the PS5, it'll leak while standing up, heat is on the bottom and the screen is near the heat source
