I work in a warehouse and wear these 5 hours each day. Sound quality is excellent, noise canceling is excellent and removes machinery noise but not people talking. Ambient sounds works well when I need to speak to co-workers. Speak to chat also works very well and avoids me having to touch th earphones since I wear gloves at work. Finally, the sandstone color blends in with my skin color and most don't see that I am wearing headphones.

Very comfortable, paired very well with my TV, and the noise reduction worked perfectly and was easy to switch on and off. Unfortunately, the charging case has gotten wacky and I’m now getting less than 2 hours usage from the buds before I have to recharge them. Even after sitting on the charger overnight, as soon as I pull the first bud out of the case, the light on the case turns orange, indicating less than full charge. Then the left bud dies in about an hour and a half, with the right bud dying soon after. I have to say, I really expected better from Sony and I’m now going to replace these with some Bose. It’s a shame.

They make good sounding products. looks good. I am not the type to wear buds because over time they bother me but these are really lightweight, i have a really small plastic fitting for my ear so that they wont bother me over time. I am not running with them or doing anything activity wise besides listening to music at home. so for me they work great.

No problems, battery of the earbuds and the case lasted a long time. Slowly over time the battery life dwindled which is expected then I accidentally put them through the wash and bought a new pair. This new pair felt like a downgrade, I've had to charge the case every other day where before i could charge it once a week and be fine. The sound is the same, the fit is the same but it just feels like a nuisance to have to charge the case so much. Sure I still like them but I'll reminisce on how it was with that first pair.

I can't help but want to buy new earbuds and it takes lots of self discipline not to, I'm not rich. I've found that a lot of earbuds I've bought I can't use because they fall out of my ears easily, I have very small ear canals. These work, these are great! I use them when watching TV at night and I don't want to wake anyone. They pair with the TV nicely, the sound lines up with their lips,iykyk. Love them!

Hated how they wouldn't fit right. Kept having to adjust them even when id be standing still. These are perfect, even during activities (personally). I dont have to mess with them for fit. Sound is great. Noise cancelling is excellent. Ambient sound is good as well. Battery is great too, the price is a little high, but you are buying for quality in my opinion. i personally have no complaints :) my best purchase.

I replaced them under warranty less than a year after my purchase. The second pair worked well until the year mark and the left airbud did the same thing as the first pair. I had to switch to another brand that didn't malfunction after a year, especially for the amount I paid for them. Pro: As someone with small ears, these fit my ears perfectly.

Though I think their noise awareness feature needs a little more work. I still can’t quite make out what people are saying in their transparent mode. The bigger issue is that I’ve had mine for over a year now, and it seems like the left earbud drains quicker than the right—oddly quick to the point where I feel this is some sort of hardware issue. I’m chalking it to coincidence, but that may be something to keep note of in the long term.

Perfect for commute and gym

I purchased 5 different true wireless ranging in price from 200-400. The Bose Quiet Comfort are the most comfortable for all day wear and the ANC is far superior.

I have really small ears and decided to try these after doing some research. Unfortunately, after a day of wearing them at my office job, my ears were so sore :( If not for that, I would have kept them. PROS: - The app has some cool features and is easy to use. - The case has a grippy texture, so it’s less likely to slip out of your hands. - The four sizes of earbud tips are color-coded, which makes it easy to pick the right one. - Comfortable for shorter periods of use. CONS: - If your ears are very small or you have conch/tragus piercings, these might make your ears tender after 5+ hours. - I had some difficulty using the touch controls. - The wireless range wasn't as good as others I had tested.
