Interesting concept for earbuds but executed horri

The part that sits in the ear canal is a hard plastic that is very uncomfortable. The adjustable rings offer no additional support, they just fall out anyway. Sound quality Terrible. Zero bass, the mids and the high also really underwhelm. Product quality Only the right bud will work by itself. This is unacceptable at this price point The "5 hour" battery lasts about 2 at mid volume. Often the google assistant will activate itself when not prompted and wont activate when you want it to. Often the buds wont "click in" to the charger and wont charge. Interesting concept for earbuds but executed horribly

If the headset is not worn properly in your ears, you may not obtain the correct sound qualities or call performance. If the part of the headset where sound is output is not oriented correctly toward the ear canal, the sound quality may sound poor or the left and right sound localization may sound misaligned. The LinkBuds may also fall out or feel uncomfortable during use if you don't wear the LinkBuds properly or the ear fitting supporters are not correct for your ears.
As a suggestion, to reduce discomfort while wearing the headset, try to change the fitting supporters to another size that fits your ears better. The size of the left and right fitting supporters may be different. Nope dont get them

Not flawlessly and not perfect.. low sound quality no audio pass through Samsung buds do a better job at passing audio and even amplifying it. i own a pixel, and the poor headphones dont know what to do with themselves i am kicking myself for not getting a different pair maybe i can still get my money back

For low sound quality. as a suggestion, check that you are wearing the headset properly in your ears. Also, switch the Bluetooth connection to A2DP with the connected device when the headset and the transmitting Bluetooth device are connected via an HFP or HSP Bluetooth connection.

2 Defective Products. 3rd Time's the Charm??!!

The next product that I received *arrived* broken with the right earbud not working at all. With no option but to spend my own money on a box and shipping materials to return the product (again), I am extremely frustrated. Would not purchase again.

Uncomfortable

In fact, I have never owned a pair more uncomfortable than these. Additionally I couldn't hear a thing when flying.

Turn up the volume of the connected device. When the volume adjustment function is assigned to the headset with the “Sony | Headphones Connect” app, you can adjust the volume on the headset during music playback or while talking.

Not as advertised

Not true! In fact, one of them popped out the first day I got theml fell onto a wood floor (not even tile) and broke! furthermore Sony refused to make good on their product inferiority with a replacement. AVOID!!!

• Check that you are wearing the headset properly in your ears.
• Select a different size fitting supporter and align the protruding part of the LinkBud with the cutout on the fitting supporter. Make sure to insert the fitting supporter completely. (The size of the left and right fitting supporters may be different)
• After attaching the fitting supporter, check that there is no movement on the LinkBuds. (Shake your head back and forth.)
Note: If they fall off or move in your ears when you shake your head, select a different size. The best fitting supporter may be different for each ear.
