I've been using Sony batteries for my camera for several years now and am very pleased. I use my camera for my business and wanted a spare one for those days that I need the extra power.

I bought this to add to the battery supply for my new Sony camera. The first time it charged I thought the battery life got exhausted rather quickly. The next charges seem to be holding up but in my view it seems to just barely last 200 shots. But i guess YMMV depending on the weather, temperature, and type of use. I bought generic batteries to supplement as I could not bear the thought of paying another $56 for another battery,

Definitely the only battery to buy for a Sony camera. Don't ever buy generic, they stop working after a few recharges. Sony batteries last the long haul and recharge quickly.

Bought this with an open box camera that should have included a battery at the rating it had. Works as expected

Works great to swap out with the battery that comes with the device to give additional life to the camera when traveling. Expensive though.

I bought this battery as a backup for the camera I recently bought and it was well worth it. The batteries last a long time, but I use my camera a lot, so the backup battery is definitely worth it!

I picked this up on sale at the same time I got the camcorder. It is the same as the battery that comes with the camera. Battery is so long lasting, I have not had to swap out batteries yet.

I find OEM batteries last longer than other brands. They cost more so I try to buy them when they are on sale or I have bonus points. I always have a extra battery when I'm out shooting.

The Sony - NP-BX1 Rechargeable Lithium-Ion Battery is a small (easy to carry several) lightweight rechargeable battery. They have never let me down.

Not much to critique on a battery. It powers up the camera just fine. Always stick to own batteries.

This battery is exactly the same as the one which was supplied with my camera. It definitely holds a deeper charge than aftermarket batteries I've tried and it carries the Sony warranty.

I bought this as an extra battery for my camcorder so that I wouldn't be caught with a dead battery during an important memory. It charges fast and holds a charge well with an excellent shelf life.

I own the Sony RX100 mkIII and needed another battery for a trip. This one is stronger than the one that came with my camera. Great to have two and worth the price, to not be left powerless.

I always like to have extra batteries on hand for those moments when the battery dies on you you don't have to worry about missing those special moments

Purchased with my Sony zv1 camera for an extra back up. I use it for vlogging on my channel. Love it!

These things work great with the RX100V. Of course, longer battery life would be awesome...but, given the muscle the camera provides in it's small form-factor, it gets a pass.

This extra battery was included as an extra on their XMAS sale. Who doesn't need an extra?? The price was a sale and also included an SD card. Great deal, watch for it!

To be honest This battery lasts a long time so this backup won’t get much use but you don’t want to run out of battery at the wrong time...

Bought this in addition to the battery the camera came with as part of a bundle and didn't regret it. I tended to lose battery a couple of times while out and about and having my second battery allowed me to keep snapping pics. Lasted for an ample amount of time, but only gave rating of good because one day I felt it ran out rather fast.
