I was taking pictures at a wedding rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, wedding and the reception. Of the three batteries, I only needed two. I took over 500 pictures betweeen the rehearsal and the reception. Much better than expected.

I have never needed the extra battery, but always like a backup. I tried to find this battery in Romania, went to many photo stores and was unable to find it. I say, if you want one buy it in advance of traveling to different places.

Better than I expected.

So, when I went to the SanDiego Zoo Safari Park today, I had several batteries with me. Several hundred photos and videos later I was into the second battery about 1/4 of the way. I think it held up very well.

Wouldn't want to miss a photo opportunity because of a dead battery. This battery may be a little more expensive than the off brand, but it functions longer than the cheaper brands. For me, having the battery last longer is worth the extra money.
