Got tracking from LSO that said delayed but no other info. Called back after several days. U reshipped with same company same exact thing happened. Had to cancel and get refund because no other options available to us. purchase was for an exchange student that was leaving country. So time ran out. She was very upset to go home empty handed. Very disappointed because didn’t have time to get refund i. Order to repurchase with that kind of cost involved.
