Thanks for sharing your honest review. We're sorry you've been running into difficulty. Your feedback is extremely important to us and is very much appreciated. The AVLS (Automatic Volume Limiter System) function reduces the risk of damage to ears from loud volumes. You can also moderate the change in volume between tracks to minimize differences in volume level.
