I bought this to listen to music while working. I like that it is small and very light weight. The only thing I wish is the battery would last longer.

Great Mp3 Player.. This Sony Player works great.. The sound is Awesome.. It's Crystal Clear.. Very easy to use.. And Straightforward.. The shuffle is the best.. It has 8GB of memory.. Can store over 2000 songs on it.. You should get this Mp3 Player it's worth it..

This device is very user friendly and has ample space for music, for which it was purchased. Purchased for my 9 year-old son, but would love to replace my old Sony player with this one for more storage space. Also compatible with audio books! Great sound quality and color graphics! Highly recommend.

I purchased my Walkman to use in the gym, this is my first MP3 player so I did a fair amount of research before selecting the Walkman. I wasn't so concerned about a lot of storage so I went with the 8G . So far I have transferred a dozen or so CD's and a couple of hours of podcasts and still have lots of memory left. I will be deleting the podcasts and recycling with new so memory isn't a big deal. I find myself using the FM receiver too and it sounds very good. Overall the sound quality is very good, the equalizer presets work good but I have used the custom setting to set mine up, nice feature 2 custom EQ choices. All in all at a lot of less the cost of an iPod a very nice little unit.

This Sony is what I would expect from the brand. It has great sound and a style that says Sony. It didn't take me long to learn how to use. I might could have saved $10 and got a different brand. I think I will be happier with this.

The Sony MP3 player is good its also easy to use and load songs. It hold a great charge and its a good value.

Nothing special in my book but it does everything it is supposed to. Sound quality and ease of use are good. I have no complaints really.

I'm very satisfied with my purchase. The black surface stands up to wear and tear. It's good to get instructions for use from You Tube because the instructions that are included are insufficient to the unfamiliar. All in all the SONY Walkman has excellent sound and can be easily connected to the car stereo system. I purchased auxiliary "male to male" cables for car use that work perfectly. Good price, too.

This item was bought for my wife, this is according to her. Pros: 1-The size is ideal, not too small, not too large 2-bright screen, easy to read 3- good sound quality Cons: 1-hard to navigate menus (she still hasn't learned how to delete a song) 2- no flash card expansion (8G is all the memory you get) overall, a good value for the money

I had a 8gb Ipod touch for some years. I've got to admit that having an infinite number of apps is nice but my tastes have simplified over the years. If you're looking for a device that will play your tunes with a little video on the side but for cheaper than the afore mentioned completion then this is for you. And it suits me perfect.

Bought this when my 5 yr old player quit. Found it very easy to transfer files and easy to use. Device has a decent battery life for the compact size.

The Sony Walkman is easy to use and has great sound. The ability to store so many songs and videos is what really sold me on it. That plus the brand recognition because Sony always makes great products.

Easy to use! Uploads music quickly. FM reciever clear as long as there isn't any interference. Small and compact and fit in your front pocket.

Didn't want to carry my CD collection in my car and the MP3 player is a GREAT alternative. Plus I can take my tunes with me when I want to listen other places. Takes a bit of time to download CDs especially if you have an established collection already, but was well worth the effort. Easy to use!!
