Play station has some great looking games but it's lacking in the multiplayer department unless all you play are shooting and sports games. If you want more interesting multiplayer options I would suggest to go with a Nintendo console instead.

Top selling console on amazon since it has been announced. Currently Sony owns 70% of the console market share. Xbox is begging them to merge multiplayer servers just because they need their help. You really can't go wrong with this console. If you already have a PS4 or Slim, don't care about VR and don't have a 4K TV, there is no reason to get this. If you do have a PS4 and have a 4K TV, but still don't care about VR, you want to wait a bit for a price drop or see what direction Sony takes it in.

This is the by far the best counsole I have owned obviously it's the most powerful and with my 4k tv compared the the Xbox one S battlefield one addition and playing the same games on both platforms the PlayStations speed and framerate is second to none. Be sure to have a good tv that can atleast display HDR or it may be worth u waiting. I guess it depends on what you feel is worth spending money on. I also put a Samsung internal SSD evo 850 1tb drive around the same time I got the PS4 pro... and I can't beliebe how fast I load games in multiplayer and how fast games download. The only thing I feel should have done for the pro is make a better cooling system with the Xbox X coming out with glycol cooling liquid tubes instead of fans that attract dust and keep ur hardware running optimal after long hours of play. The PS4 pro starts to act up after a couple outs of online play as I noticed Sony has a hard time deciding weather to fit slot of hardware taking up space on cooling fans etc or putting in very high tech upgrades from the regular PS4. Xbox also has PS4 beat on their server quality. I have a feeling u should wait for the Xbox x if u can't decide. But the PS4 pro blows away my Xbox one S so far in terms of overall performance.

Let me start by saying that I am not any type of console fanboy. When I had the ps2, I had the Original Xbox, Ps3 along with the Xbox 360, Now Ps4 Pro along with the Xbox One X. I buy both consoles solely for Exclusivity of games. I play video games Period. TBH Ps4 has the majority of exclusive games. Xbox has their share of exclusive but not enough to compete with Ps4 in that aspect. I will say though that there's two things that I like more on the xbox and it's just my honest opinion and personal preference, others might agree with me on this. . Ps4 Plus online play cannot match/compare to Microsoft's Xbox Live's Multiplayer gaming. For that reason alone when I purchase a cross platform multiplayer game, I will choose an Xbox One game for the sole reason of multiplayer gaming. I have compared both in this regard with two of the biggest titles (Battlefield 1 & COD WW2), Way smoother and easier to get into a multiplayer match than playing on a Ps4. Reason 2 is.Xbox one x's graphic are a lot crispier and sharper than the Ps4. Before the One X came out it was safe to say that Ps4 had the graphics aspect on lock compared to the Xbox One(s), not the case anymore. Again, just my personal preference. I like both consoles and I have the best of both worlds so my gaming fun is complete. Hope this helps anyone.
