super convenient since my family streams a lot, didn’t realize how convenient it will be to control my ps5 and my tv at least to turn the power off

Love having the dedicated media remote over using a controller. Rest of the family that doesn’t game likes it as well, it’s very convenient for all. Affordable, looks nice, nothing to complain about.

I'm really happy that I picked this up. At first, I thought it was a useless purchase. But now that I have it I can't believe it took Sony this long to make this! It completely replaces the need to pick up your PS5 controller if you're just going to watch media. It's light, nicely-designed, and highly functional. My only concern is that sometimes it's not that responsive on certain angles - it has to be faced pretty much straight on with the PS5. I've tried pressing buttons while slouched over on the couch and the remote is pointing downwards and there's no responsiveness. Also, the directional buttons are kind of too spaced out. I think it'll take time to massage my muscle memory but it's kind of annoying when you're used to pressing the directional buttons on a PS5 controller. All in all though, dope purchase. Highly recommended.

Love using this over the controller. Easy to pair and use various streaming apps. Lost pairing once, but the remote needed new batteries.

This remote is a good addition to your playstation if you plan on using media apps. Since it uses batteries it doesnt need charging so you can safe your controllers when you want to game and use this when you want to watch youtube or netflix. While the $30 price is kinda high for just a remote if it goes on sale definitely pick it up. Plus the functionality of the remote is much better than an amazon fire stick remote.

Good controller to have when you dont want to wear out your ps5 controller, it does feel cheap for the price you're paying for. The controller does lose connection so BEWARE. How to fix is disconnecting the controller from the Playstation and reconnecting. Hope that helps!

New Console, might as well get all of the accessories right...? This is a nice remote and functions as expected however, it is not backlit so very difficult to use in a dark room. Not necessary, but it's a PS5 remote, you know you want it!

Remote works extremely well. It is very smooth and automatically connected to my tv as well. Batter life is not as good as I would hope, but a great device.

Exactly what I expected from a PS remote. It is more like a remote than the one in years past. But don't use the included batteries. For some reason, they cause the PS5 to randomly turn on - it's a known thing.

Love, love, love this remote control! It's so light, but you can tell it's really good quality. I wish it also had buttons for Hulu and HBO Max, but, otherwise, it's amazing.

It’s a good remote, does what its supposed to. It also connects to your TV for volume and stuff, so overall i like it.
