    This item didn’t work with the 3d pulse headsets, and didn’t work with any of my other headsets. Don’t waste your money or time. Sony need to go back to the drawing board with this product in particular

    Doesn’t work as expected. Purchased to sync with PS5 Wireless headset and it did not work. Apparently, there is no replacement when you lose the original USB that comes with the headset.

    Just randomly connects to a headset I don’t have as far as I know. I have contacted Sony for a list of compatible devices and have not received any response
