Does exactly what I expected it to, which is give me 3 months of pretty good deals and free games via Plus. Should hold me over until the deals on a 1 year membership start popping up come Black Friday.

However that is what it has come down to. We now have to pay to play, and the codes work fine when you go to use it at the PSN store.

I was pleasantly surprised that Best Buy still had this card available even after the price increase. Definitely get it if you can!

Great for playing online. If you are a casual gamer, this item is not really all that necessary.

If you want online multi player, you need a PSP account. Nothing particularly cool about the "bonus" services you get, like the free games they put out every month. I mean kudos to them for offering free games, but I would rather see the money spent on the service for top tier multi player servers to avoid lag. None of the free games I've seen month to month since I bought my PS4 in December 2014 have been jaw dropping.

Got the three month, then went to a year. I am on auto renew so I'm on my second year. Really the only way to play PlayStation.

PlayStation plus is a great thing to buy because you get to unlock a lot of great things for the ps4. Every month you get 2 free games now for a gamer, 2 free games are everything lol.

With so many, MANY titles I already have as well as others being made available monthly, I could never let Plus go. Less than $20 every 3 months for dozens of games isn't too bad.

Easy to pick up a 3 month membership while I'm shopping for other things at Best Buy. I usually don't play online for more than 3 months at a time, so this is a nice option.

If you own a ps3 or ps4 this is a no brainer to purchase. Fantastic games for free. I was able to download 3 ps4 games for free and there all great. Resougn,outlast(which is awesome) and dead nation.

The three month membership is a good choice for people that want online multi-player features but got broke because they bought the playstation 4 and can't afford the year subscription

Purchased this for my nephew. Brought it on Thursday and he had it by Saturday and he lives in a different State. Now him and my son can play online together. Very satisfied.

Used for playstation to play online it works based on subscription, if you don’t have it you can’t play online

These make great Christmas stocking stuffers and the grandkids love them. I always compare prices before I purchase an item on line. The $17.99 price is unbeatable!

If want the full experience out of your PS3/PS4/PS Vita you need to get playstation plus card. Automatic updates, free monthly games,discounts, some free stuff. You can't go wrong with this.

Since the price of the new card significantly went up to 25.99. im happy i got this for 17.99 still will be going to best buy for these csrd if they are still in stock with these prices and plus only place ive seen still have 3 month cards.

My son is 10. He likes to get these 3 month game cards to play online with his friends from school. Sometimes he'll be on his headphones with them for hours. He loves it!

If you're unsure to purchase a whole year's pass, I'd recommend buying this as a starter. It's cheaper than the current 3 month pass which is 24.99 and this is 17.99.
