Great!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this on release day because I have always loved ps4 and read a lot of stuff about this one vs the other VR options. I have been very impressed by it. It is a hit at parties and fun to play. I like the "refocus" option if things get a little off center. It is comfortable on my head but because of everything I can only play about an hour at most. That is normal for VR. I also watch movies on it as well! Its like watching an IMAX movie at home. Its pretty awesome. I am very much looking forward to the new Resident Evil game. If I could I would buy it again.

Great VR starter kit
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The PSVR is super fun to play. Great gift for the holidays if its available. Be careful, too many hours of consistent play can possibly cause nausea.

Skeptical at first
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. To be honest I didn't think I was going to like it at first let my kids try it out first and they loved it afterwards I tried it and I was blown away I really liked the London Heist demo the most kind of made me feel like I was there anyway before I tried it I was really thinking to return it and get my money back but after I tried it I'm keeping this thing love it haven't tried the other ones like the Vive or the Rift which I heard have better resolution but I really don't mind the resolution much as long as I enjoy what I'm looking at.

Great Headset, ok motion controllers
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The PSVR while the least powerful of the current headsets offer a great experience due to it's design and comfort and still very impressive visuals. The move controllers work well enough. I didn't have any trouble with them losing signal. In my opinion the biggest drawback is that they have no movement option such as a d-pad or stick. The breakout box is a little poorly designed as it doesn't passthrough HDR or 4k signals and the usb connection has to go in the front for the standard ps4 model. The game selection is large but most are very short. The system's success rides on making good full length games.

Not for me
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love the tech, but i just couldnt handle all the motion, i really wanted to be able to handle it bcthere is a lot of potential. But with that said best buy was nice enough to let me return it for a ps4 pro. I would recommend trying it out first. And not for a few minutes but really try it out and see if u can play for longer than 15 min at a time. I couldnt even get through the tutorial of Rigs bc i got the biggest motion sickness from it. Lol But i wont give it a bad review bc it really a cool gadget. Hope this helps

Cool experience
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.VR is tricky to review. It works so well on some game and some you just get nauseous. Other than that its total immersion

Compared to Occulus Rift headset
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I tried both the Occulus Rift headset and the PlayStation VR headset. The graphics on the Occulus RIft were more sharper and detailed compared to the PlayStation VR headset, however, the PS VR headset felt more comfortable wearing after 15 min of use , compared to the Occulus Rift headset. The PlayStation VR headset was a little more heavier to wear, but made up for it by its (spongy) comfortable feeling on the head. For true hardcore gamers, PC Occulus Rift might be an option, but for the family gamer, plus a few console gamers, definitely go PS VR headset.

out of THIS world
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We're not in Kansas, anymore... What can I say about the Playstation VR, it is simply amazing. Fits comfortably on my head at least, and the "tightening wheel" is genius. I also like that it comes equipped with a microphone so that I can unplug my mouthpiece from my headphones. It's hard to put into words how incredible this piece of technology is, you really have to test it out for yourself but if you are an avid gamer then I would just bite the bullet and get one.

Great experience

home vr is here!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's a bit expensive, but works great. I also have Oculus Rift and HTC Vive for PC, and overall the Playstation VR headset compares very favorably. It's my favorite of the three. It has the advantage of simple system requirements and installation, it's much more comfortable to wear for longer periods of time, it's cheaper and has a much better selection of software. The tracking mechanism isn't as robust as the other devices, but it's more than practical.

Amazing VR for a fraction of the cost
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I ended up getting this unit in a bundle so I returned this particular purchase, but I have one now and love it. In my opinion its 90% of the fidelity and function of the PC VR units like Oculus and Vive, for a fraction of the price. No $1000 gaming PC needed. More games are coming out recently that cut that difference even more. RE7 VR has even surpassed many PC VR experiences and I only expect that to get better as Sony invests heavily in VR.

You need this.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was skeptical about how well VR could be done or how well playstation would be over say google card board or gear vr..Playstation nailed it, the headset is light, and offers adjustments in a number of directions to allow for you to get your view just right. Pros - great gaming affordable price, - Major brand backing with established gaming studios = large number of games to come Cons - stupid cords - drift..

Amazing.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Absolutely worth the money. Easy setup. Breathtaking views. Sold my old Ps4 for the slim in the meantime for the pro. If you go the pro version make sure you have a fully capable 4k TV with Hdr 10,and research Tvs. The Samsung lineups are the best in terms of lag, blur. Just Google search Tvs for full HDR and make sure it's an actual 4k tv not a Uhd. The companies have made this confusing for the average consumer.

Wow! So much more than I expected!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The immersion is so much better than I expected, it is so good it is honestly hard to play any non vr game now. I have astigmatism and fairly poor vision, but was happy how perfect this works with glasses. It sounds silly, but you really do feel like batman after playing arkham on the ps4vr, and I'm a 42 year old guy who thought I'd play a little and let my teenage son play the most... but now... "I'm Batman!"

Definitely a must get!!!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The PlayStation VR is something you have to experience to believe. If you have tried to see others online play on a PSVR you WILL NOT get the perspective and the kind of depth and immersion that you can experience!!! As for the bundle this is what you would want to get your hands on rather than the core set unless you already have some of the other peripherals on hand if you do the math it's a better deal.

Great VR System for the PlayStation community
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So far the system performs quite well, the graphics are amazing. I wish the numb chucks were slightly heavier for a more realistic effect. Overall the system is great, the materials it's made of is very well built, honestly what really sold me were the small details on the design like being able to use it while using your prescribed eye glasses. Thank You Sony! Keep up the great work!
