Customers commend the PlayStation VR2 for its immersive gaming experience, easy setup, impressive graphics, and comfortable design. They particularly appreciate the eye tracking feature and consider it a significant upgrade from the previous version. However, some customers express concerns about the limited game selection, high price point, potential for motion sickness, and issues with the controllers.

I was a little skeptical due to price but honestly the tech that Sony shoved into such a compact headset is astounding. The eye tracking, the motion controllers, the ease of connectivity makes this such a fun and seamless experience. $550 is a steep asking price but I don’t feel that it was money misspent at all. Loving the library of games, loving the visual and tracking quality of the headset and it’s just been such a blast to get lost in so many different worlds. Takes a bit to get used to the vr motion but after that it’s just endless fun. Love it.

I own mini VR solutions from valve to meta to HTC and now Sony... The valve index and PSVR 2 are by far my favorites. Considering that the PSPR2 only requires a $400 game console to run VR, I'd consider it the most approachable VR solution for anyone interested in getting involved in virtual reality gaming. Many of the games available for PSVR are available on PC, the libraries are very similar. I set up the device in my room in just a few minutes It didn't require any lighthouses or sensors to set up just the headset and the controllers. I would consider this a 5 out of 5 star experience.

I own the PSVR, but I stopped playing it when I upgraded to the PS5. Then a couple years later I hooked up a TV and PS4 in my basement and played the PSVR and I forgot how much I loved it. That encouraged me to get the PSVR2 last month, and I have been playing it everyday since. What an upgrade. The visuals are nice, the pass through works great, the new controllers are awesome, and the games are fully immersive. Highly recommend!

It is everything I wanted and more. The videos on YouTube do not do the actual experience any justice. Bought this for Gran Turismo 7 after my cat passed away in December. The moment the VR came on I shrieked from excitement. It genuinely feels like you’re in the car. If you have a wheel your brain tricks you to thinking that the arms in the game are yours. Unreal.

The Sony PSVR2 is next-level virtual reality. The visuals are incredibly sharp, the OLED display is stunning, and the haptic feedback and eye tracking make the experience feel truly immersive. Setup with the PS5 was simple, and the controllers feel comfortable and responsive. Games look and play amazing, and it really feels like a big upgrade from the original PSVR. If you have a PS5 and want an immersive VR experience, this is absolutely worth it.

This is a great addition to the ps5 if you are looking for a new or different element to your gaming experience.
I figured I would vr in between normal sessions. However the quality, functionality, and comfortability kinda shocked me. I play it often, there are great games and if you can manage to get one on sale 50-100 dollars off.
For the price you cannot beat this. It even works on pc with an adapter and the customer base mods for it create even better capabilities

Really stunning headset that makes playing Gran Turismo seriously next level. Easy setup with a single cable is rad.
The two drawbacks are the lack of depth sensor, which makes room/space setup a bit cumbersome, and the playspace requirement is rather large. My house isn't huge but my other headsets have had no problem with setting up playspaces while this one forces me to move furniture around to open up enough space.

The only thing that I know is that my nephew is super happy when he found out that Santa brought him what he ask on his letter and that happy face face is priceless. Thanks to the speed on delivery by Best Buy I could sent this item out of country to make happy a little someone on a remote island.

I mostly play horror games. The ones I have played so far are really good. They had a pause in making psvr2 games and hopefully they will come out with some new games this year. The cord is a bit annoying. However I like that you can have friends watch what you are playing. The Quest does that but it never worked right for me. I would say as far as comparing them, portability goes to Quest and it does seem like there is more game variety on Quest, but I still enjoy playing the psvr2

First off, the headset is great. The visual fidelity blows the Quest 2 out of the water, which was my last headset. The screen door effect isn't bad at all, the OLED panels have fantastic color, all with the graphics power of the PS5? It's a total win all the way around. If you've already got a PS5 and you want to dip your toes into VR, don't hesitate to buy this rig. The only down side, but it's not really that bad, is that the controllers are a little short on battery- but it's really better to take breaks after a little while anyway. So not a deal breaker for me but if that bothers you consider another solution like an extra battery pack that you can connect a USB cable to (yes, that works). This is 100% with it with the games currently available. I can't wait until more come out, this will change everything as far as VR viability for consoles goes.

Fantastic quality headset. Out of the box I found the default straps to be slightly uncomfortable so I purchased a new set on Amazon. However, the ease of use is incredible with it being just one single cord. The lenses have a 'sweet spot' where the image quality looks best. Don't expect to get it perfect on the first try.
Also keep a microfiber cloth handy to clean the lens before and after every use.

Comfortable, lightweight, and high quality for the price. And now that they've released a PC adapter and you're not limited to the PlayStation ecosystem, I think this is probably the best mid-range VR headset on the market.

I love the upgrade i have the last version as well. This one is much lighter, its less bulky and not weighing down your head. The sensors are much better. I like that it senses your eye movement and allows you to look around corners without to much body movement

The headset is extremely comfortable. The graphics are incredible. The fact that the wires have been reduced to one wire helps tremendously. I love that they added a way to see your play space while the helmet is still on using the cameras on the headset. This helps increase safety for everyone and everything around the player. All in all, a great gaming experience.

Great re-entry to the VR world after trying other VR products in the past. Would recommend charging the controllers before starting.
Although I had to purchase a few VR games on the Playstation store it was money well spent. Headset is surprisingly light on your face than I was expecting especially compared to other headsets.
Glad it lets me create a room size for whatever game I am playing. However sometimes you have to kinda rig it to let you play games when you don't have the available space required sometimes. In addition I don't experience headaches after playing for a bit like it did long ago when VR was fairly still new.
Was caught me off guard when I saw the eye tracking and how accurate it was despite me wearing glasses.

This is an excellent headset. It has great rez, eye tracking, the whole package. I wish there were drivers for hooking it up to windows, but I get why that will probably never happen. My only real complaint is the lack of games. You seriously couldn't be bothered to make PSVR1 games work on PSVR2? As for Best Buy's part in this, flawless so far.
