It has a great microphone and is a great value compared to some of the higher end headphones out there.

What stood out more if the Awesome Customer Experience the Staff at Best Buy provided me. Staff was very helpful and has tons of knowledge in terms of Gaming HeadSets and Online Gaming in General. Made my decision a lot easier.

This product does what any other 3d headset can, but integrates into the ps5 very well. Middle of the road performance, but matches ps5 aesthetically.

Good sound quality, but very uncomfortable to wear

Either the head hugs itself to tightly around my ears or the cushion are to big. Also it seem like in their recent State of Play, Sony reveal wireless headphone that generally look more comfortable to wear than the Pulse headset, so it just feel like I wasted my money on the more inferior version of sony headphone.
