I usually don't buy opened box items so I was skeptical. To my surprise these work flawlessly and sound great. Also really comfortable.

I love the sound and the various buttons on the headset with multiple uses such as game volume, music volume and chat volume. Feels great for wearing for long periods of time with a great battery life for me.

The overall sound is great but a few complaints. The headset does feel good when having on but you can't adjust to make tighter which ok whatever but the biggest problem is when playing a game when wanting to use mic there is no volume adjust for sidetone which is hearing yourself when you talk. so if you want to hear yourself for example when playing a first person shooter it is very very frustrating. the volume is slow low. now if you are planning on using to take advantage of the sound when playing a game so for example to not have over tv to distract others than it's great. but personally disappointed in all what they did w/ this headset they couldn't add a volume adjust feature. I even called Sony and they didn't seem to have any answers except not all headsets have this feature.

haven't had any issues and love how the quality sounds with the 3D surround sound, being able to hear new things i couldn't hear before

This headset is amazing and it fits very comfortable on your head and ears! Trust me your getting your moneys worth and the sound is crisp and clear in the headset!

Love the headset. Has great sound quality and doesnt ware easily. Ive had mine for about a year and it still works perfectly fine. Id recommend these to ps players.

My husband loves them now he doesnt have the problems he had with his old ones he can hear everything clearly they can hear him good he loves the settings these come with

Fairly comfortable and great sound. I was happy that I was able to get a 3-D sense even though I am partially deaf in one ear.

If you have a PS5, and want a wireless headset, this is the most bang for your buck! There are better and more expensive headsets, but I doubt you can find a better one for under 100 bucks.

Use this for a whole year and these headphones were really good. I didn’t use it for hard-core gaming. I use it for relaxing and just playing the game on the PlayStation 5.

From out of the box to using the headset, the transition was easy and very smooth. The battery life is great for any gaming session and the headset is comfortable to wear.

Comfortable and clear sound. I was using wired headphones before so I was restricted. These are much better and they don't hurt my ears if I play for long periods of time. Very stylish too.

I really love the Pulse 3D Wireless Headset, the quality of the sound is amazing, the 3D sound really helps you get into whatever your playing. I would love and hate to play horror games with this headset.
