I could not even dare to dream of such a magnificent piece of headset to be made. It has all the buttons you want in very convenient places on your headset. When I first used it on House of Ashes PS5 version, my mind almlost exploded. The 360 degree capability is beyond belief. I heard some noise up front from my tv when I'm on the Menu of the game as I click through options, and I took off my headset to make sure the homeheather was not what I was hearing. Turns out, it was the headset haha! It really gives you a lifelike sound system. I just cannot believe how it's only 100$ dollars. I'd expect at least 350$ for this kind of headset. The battery lasts a lifetime compared to all other headsets I've used. Though I appreciate the quality of the sound, I appreciate the brilliant design even more! How can they make everything I did not even know I wanted into one simple headset with everything in their perfect places. The tactical positioning of the buttons and the overall design of this headset is just sooooo guuuuuud!!!!

These headphones are a must have for PS5! The 3D audio really adds to the depth and immersion of a game. They fit comfortably even with my glasses for longer periods of play. The battery life lasts for a decent amount of time. I've never had it die on me during a play session. I always charge them every night after use. Not all games benefit from the 3D audio though. Some games have a lesser implementation of it you have to activate in the settings and some don't have the option at all. But the games that do! (Which so far have mainly been Sony first party games) Have been incredible with 3D sound! The only thing I don't like about these headphones is that they still use a USB dongle like on PS4. Which means you lose one of your USB ports when using them. So you may find yourself having to swap it in and out depending on your setup. Overall they are an excellent headset for the price! The only thing I can't speak to is the quality of the mic. I don't use it much but when I have I've never had any complaints. I strongly recommend these headphones to anyone who owns a PS5 and wants good audio that can help enhance the immersion of their games. 5 out of 5 stars

I wasn't expecting a whole lot after owning the Playstation Gold headphones, where their audio quality was very much just adequate, but from the moment I plugged these into my controller, I was very pleasantly surprised with a terrific and clear soundscape, and excellent bass quality. I don't own many headphones in this price range, but I'd think they'd be extremely competitive, perhaps even the pair to beat at $100. The mic quality is lacking, I wouldn't recommend using it at all*. The wireless battery will net you about 8-10 hours of playback, but you can use them just fine plugged into a 3.5mm jack on your controller. All of this said, this is just using the cans without setting them up with the PS5 as that has yet to arrive, so I'm sure they'll get even better with tweaking, I'll try and provide an update as I use them with the console in the next week or so. All in all, I was very surprised at how good these sound listening to music, and if you're looking for a pair to use with your shiny new console, I don't think you'd regret them in the slightest unless you plan on using the mic as well. In which case, maybe the HyperX or something would be a better fit (though wired). 4/5 stars due to mic, but superb audio quality for the price. Light, and comfy after a ~25-50hr break in period. Will not regret the purchase in the slightest! *mic might be better on PS5 vs PC, will update in a week or so.

very reasonably price. sound quality is really good. The performance is flawless. Works great with my PS5. This headset is very comfortable to wear for long periods of time. ear pad cushions are very comfortable around my ears. It stays in place. The buttons are easily accessible while playing.

These headset are amazing, especially for $100. Very nice crisp sound. The 3D is crazy awesome. Heard things off the headset that I didn’t hear off the tv. Very lightweight and comfortable. These also beat out some of the higher price wireless headsets in sound, quality and performance.

these are really nice feeling headphones on the head. they are on the light side but still have a nice feel and sound quality to them. and the mics work really well too. they are comparable to the PS Gold edition headphones for ps4. and the 3D spacial audio sounds awesome in certain compatible games as well

5/5 headphones. I mainly use them for CALL OF DUTY and you can literally hear EVERYTHING with these. Love that the have the game and chat adjustments buttons on them to easily maneuver through what sounds you want to hear louder. They connect easy to my PS5. Don’t hesitate, get you a pair now!

I work swing shift so sometimes im getting back to the house at hours when others are asleep. These have been great to be able to hear my games and media clearly without disturbing anyone in the house. The sound quality and quick connect has been amazing.

Outstanding quality set of headphones. Have worn them for 3+ hours of gaming with zero discomfort. Have used on PC with Horizon Zero Dawn with excellent quality. I have also used on S10 Galaxy, using Discord app. Clear quality, no mic issues or feedback/distortion. Of course the real litmus test is on the PS5. For games built for 3D audio, it has to be heard. Returnal makes very good use of audio cues and ambient environmental effects are stellar; you feel surrounded by the rain and honestly, it was better than my surround sound system using these. Miles Morales had some very good bass effects, and it was clear and not garbled; reminded me of a high quality subwoofer that produces good bass sounds. This price point is a steal and I don't see why anyone but the hardest of hardcore would spend 2.5x on other headsets; at that point, you're just heavily buying into brand name recognition.

Sound is good. Comfortable. Can wear them for hours without that burning hot sensation your ears get from a lot of other headphones. Fits over the entire ear. Lightweight.

Excellent purchase! Sound quality is great, battery life is long and very lightweight. Comfortable to wear for long period of times. I like how easy you can adjust volume for chat or background noise.

Bought this for my boyfriend for Christmas and he has no complaints. It’s comfy and the sound is great, charge lasts a good amount of time. The 3D noise feature is really cool as you can tell what direction someone is coming from.

When I was able to get in on the presale, my first thoughts were the cost and the quality of sound had better be worth it. I'm more of an over the ear versus on the ear headset wearer, but when these arrived and I put them on, the fit, adjustments, comfort = all good. On the ear is fine with the great cushioning used and the covering doesn't bunch up and pinch during long wear. What did impress me was the quality of sound during setup and the introduction of the 3D capability. Wow - even during setup a discerning ear could hear the differences in settings and then when playing, it's like being in a theater with true 360* surround sound, including being able to hear things above and below the character's head level. Sony got this right and the 100 bucks is nothing for this comfort, quality of sound, ease of setup and just overall immersive sound experience.

Earpad peeled off after a year of light use. The headphone feels made of cheap plastic. Not worth the price.

Switched from Turtle Beach head set. I was a little skeptical but after using this headset I will NEVER go back to Turtle Beach. The sound quality is amazing, easy to use, battery life is great, really comfortable with the auto adjustment, comes with a wired option. The only down fall is it is still a usb-a not a usb-c but with an adapter (for cheap) that problem is fixed.

My experience with the Sony PULSE 3D Wireless Gaming Headset has been great. The sound quality is outstanding, providing total immersion with 3D Audio. The overall build is solid, and the design is comfortable for long gaming sessions. Definitely a solid choice for PS5, PS4, and PC gaming.

Well designed and comfortable headset for late night gaming without bothering the family. Paired instantly to my PS5 and connects quickly at every use. Sound quality is good, not great as it is lacking in some lower frequencies, but definitely a great addition to a PS5 setup. I expect to get many hours of enjoyment with this headset.
